Students Club
To give Students an opportunity to showcase and hone their Talents and also prepare them for Intra-School competitions, various club activities are conducted through the Year. Club activities not only help Students shape their Personal Interests and Hobbies but also improve their Leadership and Social Skills. We offer 20 Clubs and Students of Grades VI to XII can choose the club depending on his/her Interest. The President, Vice President, Secretary and Assistant Secretary for each club is interviewed and selected by the Vice Principal, Associate Vice Principal and Teachers. The selected Students plan the activities for the Year. Students share their Ideas and enjoy Learning from each other during Club Periods. Teachers are there to guide them at every step. Experts are also invited to share their ideas with the Students. The purpose of this club is mainly learning through Interaction and Discussion. The activities carried out by the Club will encourage Students to develop a different perception towards films. The movies screened mainly focuses on Managerial Skills like Leadership, Team Spirit, Group Dynamics, Creativity, Self-Motivation, etc.
Investiture Ceremony and Clubs inauguration 2023-24
On 22/07/2023 Chinmaya English Medium High School celebrated the Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2023-24 with great enthusiasm and dignity with the aim that the drivers of tomorrows success need to possess a high level of problem solving skills and leadership qualities.
The Chief guest Mrs. Ranjini Vittaldas Prabhu adorned the newly elected office bearers of the the school cabinet with the badges and sashes. While addressing the students she gave the message that ” We will not get success easily. It can be achieved only through hard work” . She also gave an example of Mr. Rathan J. Tata and advised students to inculcate his leadership qualities . She also inaugurated various clubs of school i.e., Science & Echo Club, Math Club, Cultural Club, Consumer Club and Literary Club. Each club introduced their aims, objectives and activities very creatively.
Dr. Hundi Prabha Kamath member, Chinmaya Educational Institutions managing committee urged the newly inducted leaders to uphold the school rules and asked them to be exemplary leaders for their school mates. Dr. Devadas pai Treasurer, Chinmaya Educational Institutions was present on this occasion.
Oath was administered by the Headmistress Mrs.Purnima J.Bhat. Mrs.Rajani welcomed the gathering . Master.Praful of Xstd delivered vote of thanks. The program was compered by Ms.Prapthi and Ms.Tanishka of Xstd. Mrs. Jayalakshmi was the coordinator of the program.
