“STRATEGIES TO SCORE EVEN MORE” – SESSION FOR CLASS IX & X STUDENTS AND PARENTS HELD ON 03 APRIL 2021 Dr. Ananth Prabhu G. the resource person for the talk organized for the students of class IX & X spoke to the children about ‘Strategies to score even more’. He advised the children, how mobiles can be used for learning but are misused today. He discussed to set an aim, work hard with all focus to be the best. He asked them to come out of comfort zone and have positive affirmations.
“FACE EXAM WITH CONFIDENCE” – SESSION FOR CLASS X HELD ON 09 APR 2021 A motivational session on the topic “Face Exam with Confidence ” was organised for the students of Class X on 09/04/2021 by National Trainer, Award winning Teacher Mr. Rajendra Bhat. The resource person told the children the wonders that can be experienced when one puts effort to achieve goal with trust and confidence in self. He said prayers can do miracles. Hard work topped with luck results in success.

Onam Celebration by the Teachers of Chinmaya Educational Institutions
Get together was organized for the S.S.L.C Batch 2020-2021 by Chinmaya Educational Institutions on 2nd October 2021.
10 toppers of the batch were felicitated by Dr. Hundi Prabha Kamath, Member of Managing Committee, Chinmaya Educational Institutions. Mrs. Uasha Rao , the guest speaker for the day, guided the children for their bright future. Mr.Anand G.Pai , Alumnus of Chinmaya School, Dr. Devadas Pai, Treasurer of Chinmaya Educational Institutions and Sri. Giridhar Kamath , Member of Chinmaya Educational Institutions presided over the function.

Kannada Rajyotsava 2021-22
Chinmaya Educational Institutions celebrated the Kannada Rajyotsava with great splendour.. Sri.M.N.Pai , the President of Chinmaya Educational Institutions was the Chief guest of the program. Then a short speech was delivered by him in order to explain the significance of this particular day. Sri.Subraya Pai , the Vice-President of Chinmaya Educational Institutions encouraged the students with his motivating words. This was followed by the opening of the Cultural program with the National Anthem of our country. Headmistress Mrs.Purnima J.Bhat, most of the student as well as teachers participated in the program.
Investiture of school cabinet 2021-22 and Inaugural of Clubs
The Investiture of school cabinet for the academic year 2021-22 was held on 13th November in Chinmaya Educational Institutions . The Chief guest for the event was Ln.Mrs.Mandakini Upadhyaya .In her address , she appreciated the efforts by the school for providing opportunities to the students to take part in activities like these. The oath taking ceremony was led by Mrs. Purnima J.Bhat, Headmistress of Chinmaya Educational Institutions. The function concluded with the National Anthem.
Installation of Interact Club of Chinmaya Educational Institutions
The installation of Office Bearers of Chinmaya Educational Institutions was held on Friday 26th of November presided by Rtn.Sudhir Jalan, President of Rotary Club Mangalore, Mrs.Bharathi Shevgoor, Secretary of Chinmaya Educational Institutions, Rtn.Vinod D’souza, Youth Service Director, Mrs.Purnima J.Bhat and Senior teacher Miss.Shobha Bhat were present on this occasion.
The session began by invoking the blessing of almighty by interact members followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp. Mrs.Purnima J.Bhat welcomed the gathering. Rtn.Sudhir Jalan inducted the Interact President Int.Omkar Shenoy.
President Int.Omkar Shenoy gave his acceptance speech. The Staff coordinator Mrs.Ashalatha gave a brief report on the activities of the club for the year 2020-21. Rtn.Vinod D’Souza and Rtn.Sudhir Jalan addressed the Interactors Mrs.Bharathi Shevgoor gave concluding remark to the Interactors and congratulated the Interact club members. The programme was signed off with vote of thanks by the staff coordinator Mrs.Vani Mukunda, Int.Ashika and Int.Sahithya M.K were the M.C.
Ganahoma 2022-23
“Ganahoma” was performed for the success of the year 2022-23 on 9th of May in Chinmaya Educational Institutions.
The President Sri. M. N. Pai, Vice President Sri. B. Subraya Pai, Secretary Smt. Bharathi Shevgoor, Members Dr. Hundi Prabha Kamath and Sri. K.Surendra Prabhu graced the occasion. School Headmistress Mrs. Purnima J.Bhat and other staff members were present.

Environment Day 2022-23
‘ World Environmental Day ‘ was celebrated in our school on Monday 6th June 2022.
Master Sathyaprasad of class IX read the importance of the day. Headmistress Mrs. Purnima J Bhat planted the sapling.
Group song was sung by students of Class X. A small skit was presented by students of class VII. Master Adithya of Class IX conducted the quiz programme.
Master Kirthan of Class IX was the M.C. Programme coordinators were Ms.U.Shobha Bhat and Mrs. Dhanalaxmi.
Interactive Session on Students Rights
Students participated in the interactive session on students rights held at Nethravathi Hall , Dakshinakannada Jilla Panchayath, Mangaluru on 17/6/2022.Session was inaugurated by Mrs. Shobha B.G , Civil Judge, D.K and Presided by Mr.D.Shankarappa,Member Karnataka State Student Right and Protection committee , Bangalore.

PTA Annual Genera Body Meeting 2022-2023
Chinmaya Educational Institutions held its Parent Teacher’s Annual General Body Meeting of the academic year 2022-23 on 25th June in the school premises.
Dr. CK Ballal , Consultant Neurosurgeon ,KMC Mangalur, Mr. CA M.N.Pai the President of Chinmaya Educational Institutions, Mrs.Bharathi Shevgoor,Secretary of the School, Mrs Shraddha Pai ,Mrs. Sunila N.Pai ,members of the managing committee and Headmistress Mrs.Purnima J.Bhat were the dignitaries of the day.
The resource person Dr.CK Ballal advised parents to improve and maintain good health of themself and their child.
The Election of the new parent teacher executive committee was conducted and Mr.Ramakrishna Rao was Elected as President, Mr. Naveenchandra as Vice President and Mrs.Jayalaxmi as Secretary.
Mrs. Sharmila compered the programme and Mrs.Radhika proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was concluded with National Anthem.

Inter- School Kannada Elocution and Patriotic singing Competition
Inter – School Kannada Elocution and Patriotic singing Competition organized by Mahatma Gandhi Peace Foundation, Tagore Park ,Mangalore. Sahithya M.K of X std secured II prize in Kannada Elocution and Janani J.N of X std secured II Prize in Patriotic singing competition.

“True Independence and freedom can only exist in doing what’s right”.Chinmaya Educational Institutions celebrated 76th Independence day with great enthusiasm and fervour on 15 August , 2022. The Chief guest Sri. Venkatesh Nayak, Asst.Professor, Sacred Heart College,Madanthyar, hoisted the flag . He instilled patriotism in students by remembering the contribution of freedom fighters like Karnad Sadashiva Rao, Kudmul Ranga Rao, Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay among others. There after Chief guest and other dignitaries honored the winners of various competitions which were conducted in connection with Azadi Ka Amrith Mahotsav.
Praful of class IX shared the significance of the day. A cultural program was held in the school wherein students of all classes participated.

Chinmaya Educational Institutions celebrated its 44th Annual Day in C.V, Nayak Hall. Chief guest Shri. Dr.Mohan Pai former professor of medicine Kasturba Medical college, Mangaluru, in his address congratulated the efforts of the Principal and staff. Smt.Usha Pai awarded the prize winners with medals and certificates. The Headmistress Smt.Purnima J Bhat presented the Annual report of the school.
